Now, we would like to give a tutorial on how to measure wrist height below:
- Ensure the model of measurement is in standing and upright position;
- Turn the knob on the shoulder height gauge;
- Adjust the shoulder height gauge until it reaches the wrist;
- Then, slide the upper arm and forearm gauge until it hits the wrist.
This measurement is known as wrist height in standing position. So, we measured the distance between the base (floor) to the wrist point vertically.
