Surakarta, PT Solo Abadi Indonesia – In line with one of the company’s missions to contribute to education, Solo Abadi is again collaborating with vocational education. PT Solo Abadi Indonesia had the opportunity to become an IDUKA party to SMK N 2 Surakarta under the “Link and Match” program which was promoted by the government. With the title “Link and Match Implementation: Technology Update from the World of Work for Teachers and Bench Marking” the agenda was held in the Hall of SMK N 2 Surakarta on Thursday (20/10/2022).
The agenda was started by remarks from the Principal of SMK N 2 Surakarta Mr. Sugiyarso S.Pd. M.Pd. around 08.30 WIB. The agenda was held as a sign of the beginning of school-industry collaboration, attended by all teachers from various departments.
Aligning Education with Industrial Development
In his remarks and introduction delivered by Mr. Sugiyarso as the school principal, he mentioned his hopes for this agenda. “Hopefully the educational process delivered to students can be in line with developments in the industry,” said Mr. Sugiyarso S.Pd. M.Pd. in his speech as well as opening the link and match agenda. He also hopes that staff and teachers can benefit from this collaboration with IDUKA.

The agenda was followed by the presentation of material by the Director of PT Solo Abadi Indonesia, Mr. Dian Untoro. For starters, he delivered material about company profiles. Starting from its inception, the foundation of the company to the uniformity of employee intentions. The founder of PT Solo Abadi Indonesia did not miss the projects and collaborations that Solo Abadi had gone through.
Furthermore, he told about the process and production flow at PT Solo Abadi Indonesia. Starting from receiving orders, the production process to marketing. The hope is that by conveying this process, it can provide a bit of an overview of the industry today.
Company Commitment in the World of Education, Link and Match SMK N 2 Surakarta with PT Solo Abadi Indonesia

The agenda was closed with closing remarks by the school principal and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Director of PT Solo Abadi Indonesia and the Principal of SMK N 2 Surakarta.
