The Anthropometric Chair can be the answer for helping the process of measuring anthropometry or dimensions of the human body. This measurement tool can measure up to 34 dimensions of the human body in several positions: sitting position, standing position, and on the face area.
At this time, we will give a tutorial of how to measure height by using Anthropometric Chair:
First, turn the knob on the height gauge and lower it until the acrylic center right in the middle of the eye. Make sure the position of the head is perpendicular to the measuring line on the acrylic.
The Various Ways of Measuring on the Face Area:
- Head Length: Slide the front of the acrylic to the face. Then, slide the back of the acrylic to the cranium.
- Head Height: You can see the result of the head height by looking at the front acrylic line (the top of the head and chin in what number).
- Chin to Eye Height: Adjust the face into the front of the acrylic and you can see the result of the chin to eye height.
- Eye to Eye Width: Adjust the face into the front of the acrylic and you can see the result of the eye to eye width.
