Surakarta, PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia – PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia had the opportunity to collaborate with KKN Program of Slamet Riyadi University (UNISRI) in Mundu Village, Sragen, Central Java on August 12 2021. Carrying the spirit of public health care, made this activity relevant to the value of PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia, ‘Kreatif Bekerja, Ikhlas Melayani’ where PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia wants to benefit everyone in its every activity.
The activity was carried out simultaneously with the local public health care services, Posyandu Kenanga V. This activity began with remarks from the UNISRI KKN, local stakeholder and local health worker. PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia itself represented by Sigit Prasetyo handed over a set of tools for detecting early stunting in infants and toddlers, namely Anthropometry Kit SK – 96. The delivery of Anthropometry Kit SK – 96 package to Posyandu Kenanga V was a form of PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia in supporting the government’s efforts to reduce stunting rates in Indonesia.
It is clearly stated by Sigit Prasetyo during his speech in Posyandu Kenanga V
“The opportunity was given by KKN of Slamet Riyadi University, Pak Bayan and Bu Bidan. We are very happy because this is our goal to help Indonesia, to help the government deal with stunting. We hope this tool will be useful for Mudu Village.”
This activity coincided with the distribution of vitamin A and measuring the weight and length of infants and toddlers. This program is a government program that is carried out every February and August in order to reduce stunting rates. So with the presence of the Anthropometry Kit SK – 96, it can support routine activities at the Posyandu. This activity was also greatly welcomed by the KKN of UNISRI.
“Many people need Posyandu services. However, the tools are not proper to carry out the activities. So the existence of PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia is very helpful for us and Mundu Village in providing Posyandu program services.”
