Surakarta, PT Solo Abadi Indonesia — Saturday (18/12), Director of PT Solo Abadi Indonesia, Dian Untoro was invited as a speaker in a webinar organized by HMPS TMI RTN Polytechnic Academy of Industrial Mechanical Engineering (ATMI) Surakarta at 10.00-14.00 WIB through zoom online network.
This webinar is themed “Transformation of Industrial Management 4.0”. This theme was taken because of the industrial revolution as a fundamental major change to the activities carried out by humans in the management of human resources, nature, and producing goods that impact the social, economic, and cultural order of society. Meanwhile, industrial management, in general, is an effort to reset an industry in achieving its business objectives more effectively and more efficiently.

In this webinar, Dian Untoro revealed that PT Solo Abadi Indonesia is an implication for human resource management, wherein revolution 4.0 always innovate and create technology systems that make it easier for company employees to do work. Industry 4.0 at PT Solo Abadi Indonesia is applied in scheduling systems, goods forecast systems, and integrated presence systems.
“Industry design 4.0 is adaptive through systems, transparency of information, and providing detailed information. The system is useful to facilitate work, ensure work efficiency, and make it easier to make decisions.
