Director of PT Solo Abadi Indonesia, Dian Untoro became a coach in the webinar by bringing material on the Implications for Human Resource Management in Revolution 4.0. One of the contents of the material delivered by Dian Untoro is that PT Solo Abadi Indonesia has an Integrated Presence System Automatically. This system was created to show the number of employees owned by PT Solo Abadi Indonesia, the hours of arrival of employees, and the number of employees who are licensed/left.
“Solo Abadi already has an integrated presence system. This system was designed directly by our own IT team, Mas Yusuf. In this presence system all information related to the number of incoming employees there is how many and whose permission is clearly stated on the presence screen.” Said Dian Untoro.
“Initially this system was created just to find out how many employees entered so that Mother Danik, our cook can estimate to make how much food with the number of employees who entered. However, even with this present system, we are helped for the needs of other employees, such as the date of birth, the contract period of the employees so that this system is transparent of detailed information.” Add Dian Untoro.
This automatically integrated presence system is a form of revolution 4.0. Employees work is facilitated in this system, creates work efficiency, and facilitates decision making.
