Solo Abadi Indonesia committed to support the policies of the Government of Indonesia in order to improve the quality of domestic medical instrument by conducting calibration tests. The government’s policy regarding this calibration test is stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 54 of 2015 and implemented by the Health Facility Testing Center or the Health Facility Testing Institute.
In order to reach this purpose, PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia collaborates with one of the calibration laboratory in Semarang, PT. Indonesian Metrology Anametry. This institution is a Health Facility Testing Institution that has accredited its competence as a Calibration Laboratory and received an accreditation certificate as a general requirement for the Competence of Testing Laboratories and Calibration Laboratories by the National Accreditation Committee (KAN).
On March 1, 2021, PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia received calibration test certification by PT. Indonesian Metrology Anametry on behalf of Portable Infantometer and Portable Stadiometer. Both products are METRISIS branded and these instruments are measuring devices for human height, where the accuracy of the measurement will affect a person’s health diagnosis. It is crucial for PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia to carry out calibration tests by PT. Anametri Metrology Indonesia as a Calibration Laboratory that has been officially accredited by KAN.

Based on the results of the Infantometer and Portable Stadiometer calibration tests, both of them showed an inaccuracy deviation of only 1.0 mm. It means that the accuracy of the measurements of these two instruments is more than 95%. This also shows the level of accuracy of the Infantometer and Portable Stadiometer instruments that cannot be doubted. In addition, this number also refers to the quality, safety and comfort of the product.
