Surakarta, PT Solo Abadi Indonesia – In line with the company’s commitment to contribute to efforts to tackle stunting in Indonesia, especially in Surakarta, Solo Abadi held an Anthropometric Kit Outreach and Grant to Posyandu. This agenda was held at the PT Solo Abadi Indonesia workshop on Thursday (28/07/2022). The SK-87 anthropometry kit package was handed over to 10 selected posyandu in the city of Surakarta.
This agenda is a form of Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR from PT Solo Abadi Indonesia to the Surakarta city government through the Chair of Pokja IV, Ny. Hj. Roos Sri Wahyuni Djoko Sartono. PT Solo Abadi Indonesia contributes to being able to arm the forefront of stunting prevention and detection with accurate and precise measuring instruments. This is because the biggest concern of the stunting prevention mission is the unavailability of real data due to inaccurate measurement results. The socialization and anthropometry kit grant was attended by the Regional Secretary Ny. Hj. Endang Dwiati Setyaningsih Ahyani as a representative for Mrs. Selvi Ananda.
The selected Posyandu is the Posyandu with the highest number of babies and has the highest stunting rate in the city of Surakarta. The following are the Posyandu selected to receive an anthropometry package grant from PT Solo Abadi Indonesia:

- Ngadi Asih Posyandu, Joglo Village
Solo Abadi Grant Anthropometric Kit to Posyandu
Before the SK-87 anthropometry kit package was handed over to the posyandu, PT Solo Abadi Indonesia carried out socialization on the use of the anthropometric kit to facilitate operation by posyandu cadres in the field. During the socialization the posyandu cadres seemed very enthusiastic to try and practice the use of anthropometric measuring instruments from PT Solo Abadi Indonesia. This socialization is expected to help posyandu cadres in operating measuring instruments, so that measurement results are accurate and precise.
PT Solo Abadi Indonesia is grateful to be able to contribute to tackling stunting in Surakarta in accordance with our role as the private sector. As a successful manifestation of our campaign, namely “One Village, One Anthropometry”. Although we regret the absence of Ms. Selvi Ananda as the head of the TP PKK Surakarta and the wife of the Mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, we regret it very much, we are always looking forward to the day when we can collaborate with Ms. Selvi again. We hope that this anthropometric kit grant can be of optimal use to help accelerate the reduction in the number of stunting babies in Indonesia, especially Surakarta, through domestic products made by PT Solo Abadi Indonesia.
