The seminar which started at 10 am west indonesian time did not only inviting the owner of PT SOLO ABADI INDONESIA. Mr. Arfi’an Fuadi as CEO of DTECH-ENGINEERING also attended the seminar as a speaker. During the event, the seminar was guided by Mr. Bayu Prabandono as moderator. Mr. Dian himself began to explain the material in the second session which started at 12 noon west indonesian time.
In his presentation, he revealed that the initial intention in starting a company was to create a platform for people with innovation to be realized.
“I always tell my colleagues that here (in Solo Abadi) is not a battlefield, but a playground,” said the graduate from Gadjah Mada University.
Furthermore, Mr. Dian Untoro also explained the material with the title “Implications for Human Resources, Case Study of PT Solo Abadi Indonesia” which was a topic that emerged after studying the questions that came from the Seminar committee, namely the number of concerns such as “In Industry 4.0, is this the role of humans is still significant?” “where is the position of humans in this 4.0 era” or “will humans be eliminated by robots?” and much more.
Solo Abadi is always innovating and creating systems and technology and creating systems and technology. The systems that we have developed so far include scheduling systems, goods forecasting systems and attendance systems. However, all that cannot be achieved without the contribution of employees, or in this case the role of humans.
The discussion became more exciting when Kristian Ismayarta, one of the participants asked the question “As someone from mechanical engineering, what is our role in this industry?” to Mr. Dian Untoro. Then Mr. Dian chimed in that the system is only a tool, humans are still the main actors. So that we should not be enslaved by the system, after all technology cannot be created without the role of humans.
“Every human being here must be able to serve in accordance with our tagline ‘Creative Work, Sincere to Serve'” he added.
In the process, Solo Abadi under the auspices of Mr. Dian Untoro always strives to humanize humans, prioritizing the welfare of employees. Although, we have created many systems, nothing can replace the role of the system actors, namely the humans who work for PT. Solo Eternal Indonesia.
