Surakarta, PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia – Once again, PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia once again upholds one of the highest values in the company, namely sincere service or ‘ikhlas melayani’. On Monday, January 17, 2022 PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia had the opportunity to share about the Company’s “Work Culture” in the Batlyon Program for the Youth of SMK Negeri 2 Sragen Batch XI.
On the occasion which took place in the Taruna Hall of SMK Negeri 2 Sragen, PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia is represented directly by the founder and the owner of PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia, Mr. Dian Untoro. Through this opportunity, Mr. Dian Untoro revealed that the Youth Batlyon Program activities which are being attended by 120 Class X students, are the foundation of their work, although basically every company has its own identity.
“The learning process is not only about technical matters, like what you learn in class… but also about managerial matters, in this case cadets are needed as a basis for working because this will later shape our thinking concepts.” he said.
The discussion, was wrapped in light material, delivered by Mr. Dian Untoro to introduce one of the values that is upheld in PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia, namely, human resources is the best asset in the company. In order to make this happen, Mr. Dian Untoro underlined that communication is the key, but on the other hand, although communication is also a challenge for the gen Z nowadays.
“Interlinear and personal understanding is a bit risky for today’s generation, because they tend to be idealistic… shaped by situations to become idealistic. Then these cadets will shape you..” he added.
At the end of the visit, PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia had the opportunity to talk with Mr. Setyanjadi, as a Teacher of the Mechanical Engineering Expertise Program as well as the Deputy Principal of SMK Negeri 2 Sragen. According to him, the Youth Battalion Program of SMK Negeri 2 Sragen are aimed at building soft skills and strong characters of students. This activity is also an innovation from SMK Negeri 2 to produce a generation of SMKs that are not ‘rigid’ and humanist. The teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Sragen trust PT. Solo Abadi Indonesia as one of main speakers in the cadet program because it is considered to have a vision that goes hand in hand.
