We invite competent sources in their field we hope that all employees gain religious refreshment so that the working motivation and attitude are kept.

2. Sport once a week

As we all know that the benefits of exercise in addition to nourish the body, exercise also strengthens mental health. Exercise will surely launch blood circulation throughout the body, making a fit employee become rarely sick or absent. Employees who diligently exercise can provide innovative ideas that can deliver performance effectively and efficiently. 3. Speak Training every 2 weeks

In collaboration with Indonesian Red Cross, SOLO ABADI actively participate in blood donor activities conducted in SOLO ABADI. Instead of just inviting employees to do blood donation, SOLO ABADI also neighboring people to donate their blood. What is Chemical Nitrate?

Chemical Nitrate  is coating process that is specifically formulated to improve the characteristics of the part being coated. The main elements of the coating is Nickel (Ni).

The characteristics of the coating:  The thickness of the layer of uniform hardness 450 to 500 HV (equivalent to 45-50 HRC). With the heat treatment can be up to 65 HRC 15-25microns layer thickness (0.015-0.025mm).

Exceptional adhesion. Can be polished thereby reducing the coefficient of friction of the product. When applied to the mold to reduce the risk attachment of the product to the mold.

The Advantages

• Corrosion resistance, wear resistance, increase lifestime of part 2 to 10 times.
• A very attractive appearance, with bright colors (depending on the material covered).
• The thickness of the coating is very uniform followed contour of the goods covered, even to the formation of the complex (holes, threaded, surface inside).

Olahraga pastinya akan melancarkan peredaran darah ke seluruh tubuh, membuat seorang karyawan yang bugar menjadi jarang sakit atau absen.Peredaran darah yang lancar ke otak juga akan memiliki kreatifitas dan inovasi. Karyawan yang rajin berolahraga dapat memberikan ide-ide inovatif yang mampu memberikan kinerja secara efektif dan efisien. Manfaat lain dari olahraga bagi karyawan adalah mengobarkan semangat kompetisi dan pemikiran strategis.

4. Donor Darah setiap 3 bulan sekali

Bekerjasama dengan PMI, SOLO ABADI aktif melakukan kegiatan donor darah bersama yang dilakukan di SOLO ABADI. Bukan hanya mengajak para karyawan untuk melakukan donor darah, SOLO ABADI juga melibatkan warga sekitar untuk melakukan donor darah. Dengan kegiatan ini kami berharap para karyawan lebih mengerti akan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan juga tetap bisa menjaga hubungan baik dengan warga sekitar. [/lgc_column]
